The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews helped us enormously with the Ethiopian community. Hadera doubled its population in the past eight years, and The Fellowship helped that. The Fellowship set up two spiritual centers which have been life-changing and lifesaving for the Ethiopian children.
Figures show that unemployment among Ethiopian mothers has gone down by 50 percent. After a year or two of help from The Fellowship, they went out on their own and gained the confidence to get a job and therefore got out of the welfare cycle.
The help we get from Christians in the U.S. is great. We were amazed in the beginning that they cared about Israel's welfare and security, and we still are. It warms our hearts to see the friendship, love, and support they give us. We really thank them.

How proud we are to be The Fellowship's partner. Because of you, we have discovered a new world of friendship with the Christian people, and Keren Hayesod (United Israel Appeal) is growing and developing. Kol Hakavod (all the power) to your organization. Thank you.

"I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generous and quick response to our request for the needy… 79 percent of our residents are supported by National Insurance allocations. Your aid gave us the ability to contribute to the welfare of families and provide for their basic and elementary needs.
In my name and the name of all the residents of [Rahat], I give you blessings and much love."
